At DHM Consultoría Legal, I faced the challenge of translating highly technical legal services, such as regulatory compliance, sanctioning processes before different supervisory entities, and corporate reorganizations, into clear, accessible communication for a non-legal audience. My work focused on:

• Developing storytelling strategies to explain each service through relatable examples, highlighting the tangible impact of legal support.

• Designing the site’s content architecture and sitemap, prioritizing intuitive navigation and service discovery.

• Writing microcopy (headlines, buttons, descriptions) that guided users seamlessly, with a strong focus on accessibility and comprehension.

• Ensuring a consistent voice and tone across all written interfaces (website, proposals, legal communications), positioning DHM as both technically expert and approachable.
